HATCHED - Midnight Sun colt

With the magic mirror causing a baby boom over equestria, the two princesses set out to try and stop the chaos to come when all the babies hit the terrible twos. At twilight before luna took off and just as celestia arrived the mirror caught them both off guard and with as fast as it arrived, it left the egg behind.

Midnight Sun is a true prince of Equestria boasting a strange and magical heritage of Princess Celestia and Princess Luna. He is a proud and dignified little fellow on the outside, but underneath it all he is a very mischevous little fellow. His favorite task is to try and mess up the timing of the sisters to create eclipses or gorgeous dusk and dawn settings. Should you ever see a firey dawn or a breathtaking dusk, chances are Midnight Sun got the sisters distracted yet again.

Flaws: Midnight Sun is a regular trouble maker. He sometimes has a hard time not understanding why causing havoc is not funny.

Talents: Being a child of both the night and the dark he lives for the inbetween. He can elongate the night or leangthen the day. With this talent this allows Luna to have more time with the ponies of equestria while they wake in the winter and Celestia to have the same in the summer.

Parents reaction: Both of the sisters were aghast and even feared what a child of such power would do. There was some talk of destroying the egg before it hatched, but in the end they allowed it to hatch. Luna is very much for raising the boy in traditional royal ways while Celestia wants to let him be a child and interact with the the non royals.
